04Production · Delivery From solution to realization Once the solution and configuration are defined, we move from engineering to realization. The selected Airlux technology is manufactured and prepared according to the project requirements, creating a direct connection between solution design, engineering and the products delivered to the facility. We coordinate delivery and provide the customer or third-party installation partner with the technical guidance required for correct installation and system integration. 06Commissioning · Aftercare Prove the performance During commissioning, the installed Airlux technology is brought into operation within the agreed design parameters and its performance is verified against the requirements defined at the start. Our objective is not simply to supply technology, but to demonstrate that the configured Airlux solution performs as intended. After commissioning, a dedicated aftercare period provides the transition to stable daily operation. Initial issues can be addressed, settings fine-tuned and system behaviour evaluated under actual operating conditions. 07Monitoring Stay connected Once the facility is operational, monitoring becomes essential to maintaining performance. Through Airlux Control, system performance can be followed, diagnostics can support faster problem resolution and updates can be applied where required. Monitoring also creates a stronger basis for long-term optimization. When operating conditions change, capacity increases or new requirements arise, the technology can be adjusted or expanded from the same proven foundation.
